The Retiree Medical Trust enables you to use pre-tax funds contributed throughout your career to pay for medical care after you retire. Every DSA member pays into the RMT account in the amount of $25 (pre-tax) per pay period. The Retiree Medical Trust provides reimbursement toward the cost of certain retiree medical expenses.
