The DSA is the bargaining unit representing San Diego County Sheriff’s Deputies to the County of San Diego. Information on any ongoing negotiations or updates to the MOA will be posted here. Memoranda of Agreement and Salary Schedules can be found below. SM stands for Sheriff’s Management (Captains & Commanders) and DS stands for Deputy Sheriff (Deputies, Sergeants & Lieutenants).
