The DSA Store is now taking orders for commemorative badges. They are $96 each and you can order one badge per rank up to your current rank. Commemorative badges are approved for wear in April for the department’s anniversary.
These are only available for purchase every two years; do not miss this opportunity! Order forms and identification/proof of rank are due by January 10.
All badges must be paid for in advance, no payroll deductions. Badges will be available for pick-up at the DSA Store in March. Shipping is not available.
To order, complete the order form, make a copy of your ID with proof of your current rank, and return to the DSA. Orders can be submitted in person to the DSA store, or they can be faxed or emailed to the contact information listed at the bottom of the order form.
